In less than three years, the company Aitonix took over 40 million euros from the Government led by SDSM and DUI for software licenses, the opposition VMRO-DPMNE said on Saturday.

The action points out that it is an “average company” that had an annual profit of about 500,000 euros, now it has received two tenders from the government of Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski, in 2020, during the mandate of the former Secretary General of the Government, who is on trial for accidental fraud with the procurement of Dragi Rashkovski software in the amount of 15 million euros and in 2023 when Kovachevski is prime minister in the amount of 25 million euros.

The last agreement between the Aitonix company and the Government was signed on September 1, at a time when the scandal broke out with the abuse of drugs intended for patients from the Skopje Oncology Clinic.

VMRO-DPMNE demands that Prime Minister Kovachevski answer why and how the same company has been winning tenders for software licenses for the last three years, and the opposition party asks if the reason for this is his personal acquaintance with the owner of the Aitonix company.
