Macedonian cheese producer David Nedelkovski is among the awardees at the largest international event for raw milk, natural cheeses and handmade dairy products “Cheese”, organized by Slow Food and the Italian city of Bra.
Nedelkovski left Skopje more than ten years ago and moved to the nearby village of Rashtak, where he and his family created the farm “Kozi Mleko Planina”. He breeds Alpine and domestic Balkan goats and produces several types of fresh or matured cheeses.
