The Zhan Mitrev Clinic remains with the old ownership structure. The final negotiations for the entry of the strategic partner, the Dutch fund Balkan Alliance Healthcare, did not end with a final agreement. We remain committed to our work at the Zhan Mitrev Clinic and the development of standards in private healthcare. Our priority remains our patients and investments in this domain will not decrease. After 23 years of successful existence, we continue the mission of introducing higher standards in health services in the country.
