The Socialist Party of Macedonia (SPM) assesses that the Minister of Education Jeton Shaqiri is acting frivolously in relation to the printing and delivery of textbooks, which is his responsibility and obligation.
“His promises and dates that he lists are not met, while the pupils have to learn their lessons from manuals and from everything else but not from actual textbooks. The minister still does not announce how many textbooks are missing in all levels of education, considering that competitions for authors and reviewers are published constantly, which means that the work with the textbooks is not yet finished,” said SPM.
