The prices of apartments in Skopje in the third quarter of this year recorded a growth of 2.9 percent compared to the previous quarter, and at the annual level of 11 percent, the National Bank announced today.
In the first quarter of this year, the prices of apartments recorded a growth of 18.8 percent on an annual level, that is, from 1.3 percent on a quarterly level, and in the second quarter, from 1.6 percent, that is, from 12.9 percent.
In the first quarter of last year, real estate rose in price by 12.4 percent on an annual basis, followed by growth of 16.6 percent in the second quarter, 21.2 percent in the third and 20.6 percent in the fourth quarter.
