The Veles Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office has opened a case based on a tip-off to verify the information that a caregiver in the “Dimche Mirchev” preschool in Veles was letting the children in her group smoke electronic cigarettes.

In order to investigate possible grounds for suspicion of a crime of child neglect and abuse, the competent public prosecutor issued orders and instructions to the Ministry of Interior to take actions that include conducting conversations with persons (employees and parents) who could have certain knowledge of the event.
