We once again have the opportunity to save ourselves from a political and constitutional crisis if the presidential and generalelection cycles are held simultaneously, So far from the past election cycles, we can conclude that Albanians are not really interested, especially in the second round, to go out and cast their vote. In general, they don’t have as much incentive as they do for local or general elections, said analyst Vladimir Bozhinovski in an interview with Kanal 5 TV’s “Samo Vistina” political show.
Bozhinovski points out that there is a situation where there is probably a chance for the candidate for president of VMRO-DPMNE to take the lead in the first round, given the polls. He also pointed out that, unfortunately, there is a possibility that the presidential elections will be unsuccessful and there will be a constitutional crisis.
