The head Public Prosecutor Ljubomir Joveski announced that it is possible that in one of the neighboring countries there will be an expert opinion on the Oncology case. He confirmed that the cooperation with Kosovo and Albania is still within the framework of information exchange, but what that cooperation will show is an open question for now.
According to Joveski, it is unprofessional to predict when there will be a concrete indictment. It is much more important, he emphasized, to get to the truth, that is, to relevant data – who did and what they did in the specific crime.
Joveski also noted that the audit report, which is the subject of the committee’s session, is only one of the pieces of evidence for Oncology. The committee will resume its session on Monday.
