There will be no more temporary jobs, the position of state adviser is being abolished, systematization will only be possible twice a year, the fields for personal identification number and nationality will be impossible to change, and state secretaries, directors and deputy directors will be elected through an open, transparent procedure. These are just some of the innovations for reforms in the administration and the public sector, foreseen by the legal amendments that the Government is preparing.
All public sector employees will be able to apply and take the administrative officer exam every week, the fields for social security number and nationality will be impossible to change once entered to eliminate abuse. In management positions, there will no longer be the possibility of fixed-term employment or employment through temporary employment agencies, it will be prohibited.
