Judicial Council adopts the courts’ work reports, most of which were out of date

The Judicial Council on Monday adopted the reports on the work of the courts for the second quarter of 2023, according to which the majority of basic courts throughout the country are out of date.

In the second quarter, the basic courts in Vinica, Strumica and Shtip were up-to-date, and the basic courts in Delchevo, Kochani, Radovish and Sveti Nikole were not up-to-date.

The High Administrative Court and the Administrative Court were also out of date. In the appellate area of ​​Bitola, all courts were out of date, except for the basic courts in Ohrid and Resen.

The Supreme Court, the Basic Criminal Court Skopje, the basic courts in Gevgelija, Kavadarci, Kratovo, Gostivar, Debar and Kichevo were up to date, and the Appellate Court Skopje, the Basic Civil Court Skopje, the basic courts in Veles, Kriva Palanka, Kumanovo, Negotino and Tetovo were not up to date, as well as the Appellate Court in Gostivar.
