Despite the contracts being extended twice with the annex, and despite the fact that there were many empty promises by the leaders of SDS that all this will be completed and today we will be able to drive on the new highway from Kicevo to Ohrid, unfortunately this is not happening, said the VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski during his visit to Resen as part of the “It’s important! Changes depend on you,” campaign, asked regarding the government’s messages about terminating the contract for the Kichevo-Ohrid highway.
Mickoski emphasized that, unfortunately, human lives continue to be lost due to the lack of project management and the very criminal nature of this DUI and SDS-led government.
“Now instead of finding a way to speed up the project, they are again trying with some gymnastics and politics to cause a halt to the work, a conflict with the contractors and thus further delay the realization of this project,” Mickoski pointed out.
