We received a huge amount of material from the Ministry of Health, from the Radiotherapy and Oncology Clinic, from the Health Fund and so on, but all the material was not systematized but was in complete chaos and it took time to sort it out, said VMRO-DPMNE MP Rashela Mizrahi, and also the chairperson of the Inquiry Commission for the Oncology case.
“The purpose of the Inquiry Commission is to demand political responsibility. My personal opinion is that the public prosecution can act on the report of the State Auditor, on the other hand, just looking at the chronology of events, the inconsistencies are clear. Hence, it is unclear why the public prosecution is taking so long to act. And it is unclear why the Public Prosecutor’s Office only goes to the preliminary investigation,” said Mizrahi.
