The Constitutional Court made decisions that annulled three regulations in relation to the twenty initiatives submitted to the court requesting to start a process of evaluating the constitutionality of several regulations published contrary to Article 52 of the Constitution. The court concluded that the contested regulations are not in accordance with Article 51 and Article 52 of the Constitution, after finding that the publication of the regulations exceeded the constitutional deadline for publication provided for in Article 52 of the Constitution.
The adopted decisions state that “the constitutionally provided deadline of seven days for publication in the Official Gazette of Macedonia has been exceeded in relation to eight regulations for which initiatives have been submitted.”
