I believe there is enough room to hold the elections in May, in their regular slot, whereas the final positions of political parties will be communicated once there is broad consensus in Parliament, said Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski on Monday.
PM Kovachevski told reporters that SDSM and DUI have a clear coalition agreement, whereas the Alliance of Albanians (AA) has the capacity to discuss on an economically prosperous state and a society governed by social justice and democracy, free media and rule of law, which represent the foundations of a broad coalition front.
According to him, talks on finalization of the Electoral Code and incorporation of all OSCE/ODIHR recommendations are ongoing, and the solution would soon enter Government and subsequently Parliament procedure.
