Court orders 30-day detention for Gjorchevska’s father and three suspects for abduction and murder

The Skopje Criminal Court accepted the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Officed ordered a 30-day detention measure for the suspects of the double abductions and murders of 14-year-old Vanja Gjorchevska from Skopje and 74-year-old Panche Zhezhovski from Veles.
Vanja’s father, Aleksandar Gjorchevski, and the suspects Velibor Manev, Vlatko Keshishov and Bore Videvski, received a 30-day detention after being brought before a judge in the Criminal Court again late on Tuesday evening.
Previously, the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Skopje issued an Order to conduct an investigative procedure against five persons, four of whom, as co-perpetrators, committed two crimes – Abduction under Article 141 of the Criminal Code, as well as two murders in a brutal manner (one of a minor and one of selfishness). jointly punishable under Article 123 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
