Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski said on Wednesday he does not intend to run for reelection at the elections scheduled for May 8, 2024, without giving any reason for his decision, reports Press24.
It is interesting that Pendarovski announces for the first time that he will not run for a second term, the day after his main opponent Oliver Spasovski announced at a press conference that the double murder of Vanja and Panche had been cleared up.
However, Pendarovski is probably not sure if he will run for a second term, and those who follow politics know that there will be a chance for that only if he is supported by the coalition of SDSM and DUI. What is the mood there, it is still not possible to get a precise impression, and the party is not yet releasing any information.
