Violation of the right to a trial within a reasonable time leads to a violation of human rights, but there are also a number of others arising from the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights, said the president of the Macedonian Association of Young Lawyers Aleksandra Cvetanovska On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day – December 10.
At the same time, she assesses that the situation with human rights in terms of their protection, both in the world and in Macedonia, is worrisome.
On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day, Cvetanovska said that she expects that the institutions will invest in greater protection of human rights and that, as she said, they should be enjoyed by everyone at any time.
