At today’s session, the Judicial Council announced that no one applied for the second announcement for the election of a member of the Council from among the supreme judges and again made a decision to publish a new announcement for the election of a member of the Supreme Court of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Member Selim Ademi stressed at Tuesday’s session that the public should not get the perception that Supreme Court judges do not want to report, in fact, as he said, “there is no one to apply”.
“So that there is no bad perception that they do not want to apply. The number of judges who are there is one president, one former, another was and then resigned, two are about to retire, and the others are banned,” said Ademi.
