One of the three directors of Macedonian Navigation (M-NAV), Ljube Stamenkovski, and two managers, resigned from their management positions, dissatisfied with the selection of personnel employed in the technical sector.
The candidates who were accepted for work did not have the necessary qualifications, and did not even pass the necessary testing.
M-NAV, a state-owned company, has had it controllers and the technical part fighting for the past two years with the arbitrariness of the management led by the chief director Fakhrudin Hamidi, mainly over the employment of party and related non-professional personnel through dubious advertisements.
