The Judicial Council on Tuesday received the verdict from the Administrative Court, which annuls the decision to dismiss the former president of the Council, Vesna Dameva, the Judicial Council informed. From there they say that the verdict will be reviewed tomorrow at a working meeting, and it should be acted upon within 30 days and there is no right to appeal. This means that within 30 days, Dameva will return to the presidency of the Judicial Council.
Dameva was dismissed from the position of president of the Judicial Council in April last year, when her deputy, Selim Ademi, demanded a vote for her dismissal, but the proceedings were stormy and illegal.
After the dismissal, she filed a lawsuit to the Administrative Court, which handed down the verdict last week.
