Hekuran Asani and Milan Korakj will take up the new position of directors in M-NAV next week, reports Telma TV.

At a Thursday session, the Supervisory Board accepted the proposal of the Government adopted at the session held on January 9 and dismissed the current directors Fahrudin Hamidi and Ljube Stamenkovski. The third director at the state-owned company, Hasim Deari, retained his post.

Due to the legal procedure, the supervisory board will have another meeting on Monday, when the minutes from today’s session will be signed, which will give the decision formal legal validity and then with the supporting documentation will be delivered to the central register, which should register the two new directors Asani and Korakj.

The dismissal of Hamidi and Stamenkovski was one of the conditions of the Union in order not to go on strike.
