VMRO-DPMNE MP DafinaStojanoskain an interview with TV 24 reminded that in 2016, SDSM did not vote on its proposed ministers for the caretaker government.
“Part of the previous parliamentary composition, of which today are current MPs, did not vote at all in 2016. The part of the hall is empty where the opposition SDSM MPs of sat and did not vote for their proposals, Oliver Spasovski and I think FrosinaRemenski,” said Stojanoska.
“If we stick to the law or to VMRO-DPMNE’s principles and attitudes, it will not back down from what it said. We also suggested that there should be no caretaker government at all, that is, changes to the Electoral Code would have to be made, that did not happen, and precisely for that reason, respecting the law, we will propose our names, but nowhere in the law is there an obligation that MPs from the opposition are tasked to vote in favor of a caretaker government,” said the opposition MP.
