The dream of all Albanians, according to the famous Albanian journalist Blendi Fevziu, until the 1990s was the unification of the Albanian lands in one state.
But since the 1990s, according to him, the former president of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, came up with the thesis about the Republic of Kosovo, which was completely normal based on the historical circumstances of that time.
“This dream in Macedonia is a derivative of the Albanian constitution as a state-building element in Macedonia.
