University students staged a protest on Monday in front of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) over injustices they face and the Ministry’s inefficiency.

Students expressed their revolt over the untimely payment of scholarships, late payment of transportation vouchers and late payments following agreements concluded for retroactive payment of scholarships and issues with the subsidized student meal.

According to the students, there is a need for greater efficiency of the institution, and there is non-compliance with the deadlines set and no coordination between departments.
