Asked about the recommendation of the Council of Europe for the country to scrap the 2011 Law on Amnesty and process the four Hague cases, caretaker Prime Minister Talat Xhaferi told reporters Monday “the laws have been adopted and the story is closed”.
“I have already answered this, this business is finished in the context of the legislation and the situation in the country. That story is closed, the laws have been adopted,” PM Xhaferi said.
