A family of four in N. Macedonia needed MKD 57.479 to cover the minimal consumer basket in February, which is an increase of MKD 313 compared to January, said the Federation of Trade Union (SSM) on Tuesday.
Of this amount, MKD 21.219 are required for food and beverages, followed by utility expenses, i.e., water, electricity and heating. In January 2024, the minimal consumer basket stood at MKD 57.163.
