Caretaker Parliament Speaker Jovan Mitreski, asked whether the majority in the Legislature will support the extension of the validity of travel documents on Wednesday, said that international agreements cannot be changed by another law.
“According to the information I get, that law will not solve the problems and that it is contrary to Article 118 of the Constitution in the sense that international agreements are part of internal legal transactions and in fact they cannot be changed by another law, so that the final decision will be announced during the day”, said Mitreski.
