The heat energy invoices for the heating season 2023/2024, which will be delivered to consumers from the household category in the following period, and refer to the months of January, February, March and April, will include the heat energy price subsidy measure. The subsidies related to the months of October, November and December will be calculated and will reduce the amount of the actual compensation spent for the heating season, ESM Heat Supply said on Thursday.
The amount of the subsidies, that is, the financial support for each consumer is shown in the invoice for each month separately and reduces the amount of the heat energy compensation per meter.
The financial support will ensure a reduction of balancing bills in the months of May, June and July, when consumers will feel the benefit of the measure.
