More than 21,000 signatures were collected by 4 p.m. on Sunday for the presidential candidate of VMRO-DPMNE Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, sources from the State Election Commission told Netpress.
The signatures for her candidacy started to be collected on Sunday, after the candidacy was officially confirmed by 444 votes from the VMRO-DPMNE delegates at the party’s convention held Saturday.
During the day, large crowds of citizens signing Siljanovska-Davkova’s candidacy can be seen in front of the SEC checkpoints.
