Skopje police officers prevented the smuggling of about two tons of mobile phones packed in pallets Monday evening. The mobile devices were premium models from the iPhone and Samsung brands. According to initial unofficial estimates, it is about 10,000 mobile phones worth at least 7 million euros.
The Customs Administration is waiting to investigate how this huge shipment managed to enter the country unnoticed.
