Suspicions of violating the provisions of the Law on Prevention of Corruption and Conflict of Interest, as well as the Electoral Code, are found to be valid, and the complaint filed by presidential candidate GordanaSiljanovska-Davkova is accepted. The State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) unanimously, with five votes, decided on Wednesday in response to the complaint filed by the VMRO-DPMNE presidential candidate, GordanaSiljanovska-Davkova. The complaint was related to the violation of electoral rules.
According to Siljanovska-Davkova’s complaint submitted to the SCPC on April 6, the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors has unlawfully entered into employment contracts with candidates attending the training for judges and public prosecutors, contrary to the Electoral Code.
In the explanation of the complaint, it is stated that in January 2023, the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors issued a call for the admission of 130 trainees for future judges and public prosecutors. After conducting tests for foreign language proficiency, psychological test, and integrity test, on March 29, 2024, the Academy announced the schedule for the qualification test.
