Suspicions of violating the provisions of the Law on Prevention of Corruption and Conflict of Interest, as well as the Electoral Code, are found to be valid, and the complaint filed by presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova is accepted.

State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC), in accordance with its competences, will take measures and initiate a procedure for determining responsibility before the competent authorities.

In the explanation of the objection, it is written that in January 2023 the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors published an announcement for the admission of 130 trainees for future judges and public prosecutors, and after the previously performed foreign language tests, the psychological test and the integrity test, on March 29 2024, AJPP announced the schedule for taking the qualifying test.

“This test is currently being taken by 299 people, which clearly indicates that the procedure for establishing an employment relationship has been started and it has not been put on hold, with which ASJO flagrantly violates the Law on Prevention of Corruption and Conflict of Interest and the Electoral Code,” reads Siljanovska-Davkova’s complaint.
