The Socialist Party of Macedonia (SPM) assesses that the presidential candidate Stevo Pendarovski always seeks blame from others for the failures and mistakes that have occurred.
“He shamelessly blames the opposition for the failure in progress towards European integration. He desperately wants his Bulgarian friends to be supporters of the process, despite their veto and blackmail for the Bulgarianization of Macedonia, which he accepts. Pendarovski does not mention that crime and corruption, the destroyed judiciary and Prosecutor’s Office and unfulfilled criteria for membership are the obstacles that he, as president, did not deal with, but is waiting for someone else to solve them. He admits that the coalition of SDS and DUI could have ruled better, but again the opposition is to blame for the wrong policies,” said the opposition party SPM.
