Commenting on North Macedonia’s co-sponsorship of the UN resolution recognizing the Srebrenica massacre as genocide, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that it was “the thanks we get for everything we have done for Skopje.

“This is a German idea, supported by NATO and everyone else. They also got Rwanda [to co-sponsor it], got New Zealand and Chile. They got a few other countries, too, that have always been sponsors of such projects, like Malaysia and Jordan. They added North Macedonia to the list – no great philosophy there. I thank them for that. I guess this the thanks we get for everything we have done for Skopje,” Vučić said in an interview with TV Pink.
