I want to live in a decent, honorable country where there will be the same principles as in Brussels or anywhere else, says law professor and VMRO-DPMNE presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova in an interview with Radio Free Europe.
“When I say proud again, I mean what happened in the last term. Then we completely lost our pride. Eighty years later, everything that was recorded in ASNOM is missing or has been deformed. The second reason is the situation we are in, poverty, low wages, the unhappiest people, a cyclical hybrid regime, citizens protesting, a government that changed ministers every month, changes to the Criminal Code, the dependent judiciary, etc.,” said Siljanovska-Davkova.
The opposition presidential candidate also says that “It is one thing to give a lesson on European law, and another is the reality. It’s not a lesson, it’s politics. Politics must be within the limits of law, otherwise it is not politics. I want to live in a decent, honorable country with the same principles as in Brussels or anywhere else”.
