The State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate will issue a decision by which healthcare workers who do not have a contract to work at the Toxicology Clinic will be denied access to the Clinic. This step of SSHI follows after the management of the Clinic did not act on the issued warning decision with ordered inspection measures.
As the State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate director Renata Mladenovska informed, the management of the Clinic did not follow the measures issued by the SSHI, except for one point to convene the Management Board.
Asked how it is possible for people who do not have a work contract to show up for work, Mladenovska directed that the answer should be sought from the management of the Clinic and the Ministry of Health.
As she stated, they talked to the organizational director with a the help of a translator because she does not speak the Macedonian language.
