Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13 filed criminal charges against Zoran Zaev, Oliver Spasovski, Aleksandar Kiracovski, and other current and former SDSM officials, as well as against the former head of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Organized Crime and Corruption Vilma Ruskovska.
Jovanovski was summoned on Friday to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Organized Crime and Corruption before the public prosecutor to submit evidence and give a statement regarding his findings and clues.
“Appointed directors, persons who performed public functions, judges and prosecutors, ex-officials – all were part of the criminal-legal operation dubbed “Boomerang”. We had a first questioning before the competent prosecutor in question. These are crimes for electoral irregularities and fraud, illegal financing of a political party, misuse of public procurement and funds. It is about several acts for which criminal charges have been filed,” Jovanovski said.
Boki 13 told the media that he handed over evidence of crimes that “are an open secret in Macedonia”.
