The sales prices of industrial products, manufacturers in March this year are higher on a monthly level by 0.5 percent, and are lower on an annual level by 1.5 percent, the State Statistics Office (SSO) informed on Friday.
“Compared to February 2024, sales prices of manufacturers of industrial goods, in total, were lower in the Mining and Quarrying sector by 0.1 percent, and higher in the Manufacturing Industry by 0.3 percent and Supply sectors with electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning by 5.6 percent, while in the Water Supply sector; water removal, waste management and environmental remediation activities remain unchanged.
The SSO states that in March of this year compared to March 2023, sales prices of industrial product manufacturers, in total, were lower in the sectors Mining and Quarrying by 8.4 percent and Processing Industry by 1.3 percent, and higher in the Electricity, Gas, Steam and Air Conditioning Supply sector by 0.1 percent and in Water Supply; water removal, waste management and environmental remediation activities by 1.6 percent
