In a reaction to Sunday’s inauguration of President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, Justice Minister Krenar Lloga said Siljanovska-Davkova failed to respect the country’s constitutional name “which makes her oath null and void”.
“Disrespecting the country’s constitutional name makes Siljanovska-Davkova’s oath null and void. Either a repetition of the procedure or the position of country’s president should be taken over by Jovan Mitreski (Parliament Speaker), as the executor of the activity,” said Lloga.
The coordinator of the DUI MP group in the Parliament, Arber Ademi, also responded with a reaction, who said that Siljanovska-Davkova violated the Constitution in the very first sentence when taking the solemn oath, which will undoubtedly cause a problem in the relations between the country and Greece.
