From the Skopje Investigation Prison to the Basic Criminal Court Skopje, an official notice has been sent to the Skopje Basic Criminal Court for the extradition of the suspect LJ.P., for whom a measure of detention has already been determined, i.e. his arrest, as well as a request to hire an attorney who will represent him during the court proceedings.
As informed by the Skopje Basic Court, the court, within the framework of the legal provisions, issues all permits related to the investigation procedure, which is under the jurisdiction of the Skopje PPO, and submits the received requests to the proposed lawyers for their further action.
“In addition, a pre-trial judge in coordination with the competent Public Prosecutor, will issue an order for the suspect’s escort for his sentencing in relation to the circumstances in the Public Prosecutor’s proposal for determining the detention measure, and the public will be notified of the adopted decision,” reads the press release of the Skopje Basic Criminal Court.
