A large eco-action to clean the lake, organized by the Skopsko company, started Saturday morning on the shore of Lake Ohrid. The action started at the harbor in Ohrid, where about 70 divers from the Amfora club and guests from other clubs from neighboring countries dived into the lake to clean the lake bottom. At the same time, on the Debrca beach on the old Ohrid-Struga road, in the vicinity of the Sateska river, the action to clean the coastline kicked off.
“With its extraordinary natural beauty and significance, Lake Ohrid is a symbol of our pride and cultural heritage. Together, we can contribute to its preservation and leave a lasting mark on our efforts for a sustainable future,” the Skopsko company pointed out.
