Macedonian President GordanaSiljanovska-Davkova refuses to comment on the daily threats from Greek Prime Minister KyriakosMitsotakis of a possible veto on the country’s European integration due to, as he claims, her disrespect of the Prespa Agreement.
“I will not comment of Mr. Mitsotakis’ messages. The Prespa Agreement has mechanisms, starting from an indication, and ending with an address to the Secretary General of the United Nations. There is also the possibility of initiating a procedure before the International Court of Justice, whose verdict our neighbor Greece did not respect,” said Siljanovska-Davkova.
“I can’t stop him from doing that. The PrespaAgreement is part of the Negotiating Framework, but I don’t think it is in the spirit of developing friendly relations,” added the head of state.
