After an investigative procedure, the public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje on Friday submitted an indictment against a 28-year-old man from Skopje for the crime of Murder in accordance with Article 123 paragraph 2 point 2 of the Criminal Code.
On January 18, while committing domestic violence in the family home on Vidoe Smilevski-Bato boulevard in Skopje, the suspect intentionally took the life of his own grandmother.
While the victim was having a meal, the suspect assaulted her, started hitting her on the head and body, and then strangled her.
