What’s in the three memoranda that Greece has not yet ratified in Parliament?

It is about three international agreements, two from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, which were signed during the first intergovernmental session held in April 2019 in Skopje, and one from the Ministry of Defense, signed five months later, and a proposal in the Greek Parliament -laws from the competent Greek ministers.
The first proposed law is “Ratification of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece and the Secretariat for European Affairs in the Government of North Macedonia for accelerating the process of integration of the RNM to the European Union”.
The second proposed law is “Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Greece and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia for the establishment of a Coordinating Committee for Economic Cooperation – for the promotion of bilateral economic relations”.
The third draft law refers to the surveillance of the airspace of our country by Greek military aircraft and was signed on September 30, 2019 in Skopje.
It envisages that the surveillance will be carried out by the F-16 and M-2000 of the Greek Air Force.
