Wednesday night’s thunderstorm that hit Skopje created chaos in the streets, but also in the hospitals. Such a problem also occurred in the “September 8” general hospital, where water leaked into the operating rooms (ORs)on the third floor, and it delayed all surgeries.
Doctor Aleksandar Karevski, orthopedic surgeon at the hospital, said in a Facebook post that carelessness and neglect always come to light.
“Last night’s storm had serious consequences for the operational block. It is time for someone capable of solving the problems of this hospital,” said Karevski.
But according to the authorities, there is no need to worry because the hospital seemed to work properly.
