In memory of the victims of the “Pulsе” tragedy, the Mountain Sports Club “Osogovski Orel” – Kochani carried out a reforestation campaign Sunday in the Presechena Skala area.
“On a recently burned terrain above the Water Factory, we planted 300 young acacias in memory of all those who lost their lives in the Pulse nightclub fire, including our members, Gjorgji Velichkov and Dime Dimitriev,” announced the “Osogovski Orel” club.
With this ecological and humane initiative, the “Osogovski Orel” club sent a message that the memory of the victims will continue to live on through deeds that create new life and restore nature. After the completion of the reforestation, a hike was also carried out on the route from Presechena Skala, through Makteon, to the waterfalls of the Kochanska River.
The recreationalists covered an eight-kilometer route.
At the Kochani City Stadium, busts of Tomas Zlatkov and Aleksandar Stojanov, loyal fans of the group “Sejmeni” of the Osogovo Football Club were unveiled. Both Zlatkov and Stojanov lost their lives in the Pulse nightclub fire in Kochani on March 16, 2025.
