Macedonian Prime Minister and VMRO-DPMNE party leader Hristijan Mickoski, in response to a reporter’s question regarding the polls according to which VMRO-DPMNE has a convincing lead over other political parties, stresses that the Government is doing everything in its power to deliver results, despite, as he says, the catastrophic situation inherited from the previous government.
The PM added that the poll numbers mean additional motivation to work, even though the opposition is sending wrong and insulting messages.
“As VMRO-DPMNE and as Government, we are doing everything in our power to deliver, and I personally, as much as possible for the citizens. Unfortunately, the situation we inherited from the previous government is terrible, cataclysmic. The mistakes that have accumulated over decades and the wrong policies that have had a negative effect on the state are great. Unfortunately, as a result of those wrong policies, the resources are very small. And we work based on priorities,” said Mickoski.
In the context of the polls that show that VMRO-DPMNE has a convincing lead over other political parties, PM Mickoski noted that the numbers only meant additional motivation to work.
