Macedonian Minister of Education and Science VesnaJanevska announced that all reasonable comments that will be given to the new law on higher education will be taken into account before it is closed and put into government procedure, just as, she said, constructive comments in the past period were accepted. With it, she believes, order will be established in higher education and all irregularities will be removed, pointing to an admission to one of the closed educational institutes that was registered as a sports betting shop and worked with two mattresses and two chairs.

“On Monday, the law will be closed and forwarded to the government procedure. By Monday, everything that is a serious objection and everything that has been received will have already been reviewed. In the past period, the academic community has realized that many of the comments they made have been accepted. I personally did not agree with some of them, but the committee decided that they should be and we accepted them. If there are any reasonably substantiated comments by Monday, an additional amendment can be made by Monday evening,”said Minister Janevska.
