The results of the toxicology analyses of the young victims that lost their lives in the Pulse nightclub fire in Kochani will be publicly presented in court by forensic experts, said Forensic Medicine director Doctor Aleksandar Stankov at a meeting with the victims’ parents who are seeking answers over autopsy findings.

Father of fire victim Nadica, Aleksandar Naunov, says that Stankov gave them confirmation that the analyses had been done and forwarded to the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO).

“They explained to us when we visited that everything had been handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office. All toxicology analyses had been completed and that we would have to wait for the expert examination in court to make their statement. When our children died, they took samples of their blood and organs, but there was no devise for testing toxic substances. Now there is a one, everything was tested and handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office,” said Naunov.
In a short statement to the media after the meeting, the Forensic Medicine head said that the entire procedure was followed and all appropriate steps were taken.
