The head of state said that on Tuesday he had a long telephone conversation with the leader of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski, in which they expressed their views on this topic and said that if we are in a situation to change the Constitution, it is necessary to hear the opposition that thinks.
President Stevo Pendarovski believes that Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski should not go to Brussels for the EU Summit if the situation is the same as before, i.e. we are in a situation such as yesterday when Bulgarian representatives were at the meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the EU (COREPER).
